Cashback is not always provided - hit and miss whether it works with eBay
I have had to chase TopCashback for transactions on eBay where the transactions have not registered on the TopCashback site even though I received a pop up immediately after purchase, that TopCashback acknowledging my purchase
It's very hit and miss whether I do receive cashback when I go through TopCashback purchasing items on eBay

Not sure why eBay deal with cashback companies
eBay is the only seller where I have to ask Topcashback (and the other cashback website I use) to chase eBay for payment, 19 times out of 20. No other seller so consistently ignores my purchases, they are hard work!

Easy to use
I usually put what i need in my basket then open up top cash back. click the store and when it opens up they are in the basket ready to buy through Top cash back. I usually get my rewards in a few days but i can see it pending first

Useless
Used to work fine, now never tracks; clear privacy data, switch off VPN beforehand, etc. and nothing, so you need to raise a claim for every item purchased and then separate support tickets for any bonuses missed because of the ebay failings.
Topcashback support has always been helpful in the past in helping follow up, at least.
