Cashback does not track. Have to open a claim and wait months for every transaction in the last 6 months. Customer service don't know why. Having to lodge a claim, adding item number and details etc for each purchase for a few pence is not the easy way to earn cashback I'd hoped. Ebay is the only retailer not to track, but the only one I regularly use.

Sometimes issues with 'Make Offer' items. But usually sorted By TopCashBack. Just an annoyance to be aware of.
