I shop on eBay very regularly, but since last September I have had to complete over 100 missing cash back claims for eBay. A complete waste of my time! I don’t have any problems with any other retailer.

I noticed cashback always seems to track on the very cheap items but it seems to consistantly struggle with the bigger value items and this has now happened on several occaisons. I even made a purchase last week of 4 items in a single transcaction via My Basket and yet again, all the cheap items tracked but the expensive item didn't track...What a surprise! This is despite the entire basket was paid in a single transaction, so there's no excuses! How is this possible, unless they're intentionally declining the higher value items.
