A confirmation email said that my order was made well in time to be dispatched that day for next day delivery.
A second email the following afternoon said my item had just been dispatched which had meant I had stayed around the house all day for a delivery which was never going to happen. All it needs is accurate delivery information on the confirmation email. If there is likely to be a delay just say so.

I had heard of the cleaning power of Dyson before but was always sceptical about the claims after all aren't all Vacuum cleaners the same??? All I can say now is a definite NO THEY ARE NOT!
I bought a Dyson DC25 and when it arrived I immediately assembled it and tried it out. Lets just say that the 4 rooms that I vacuumed filled the Cylinder up so much that I had to empty it twice, and the same rooms had only been vacuumed a few days earlier using a VAX!!! We will not be buying any other Vacuum from any other manufacturer ever again!
