Don't bother, they don't pay out.
Has been over 12 months of chasing and they simply don't pay out. Look at the other reviews, the genuine ones. They're a dodgy company and act the same with their cashback.

Don't pay cashback
Ordered a Dyson Submarine cleaner 9 months ago. No cashback. Put in a claim and still no cashback.
Topcashback themselves ended up paying me instead, so credit to them.
Wouldn't bother with Dyson again, very poor

I ordered a Dyson WashG1™ wet floor cleaner through TopCashback.
No cash back shown on system. I submitted missing cashback claim request. The response I received was "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase."
As all the other reviews, cashback declined by Dyson. Everyone beware.

11 months of chasing to receive cashback
Dyson products are very expensive.
Payment is made in full on placing an order.
I had to nudge and chase cashback since the 10th February 2025, and it has finally been received today.
Not very impressive, Dyson.

Denied Claim
Ordered a vacuum cleaner in September. Claim was on hold for several months with no information from Dyson and then turned around to deny cashback. Shambolic behaviour! Should really be no stars

After 5 months waiting, dyson has declined the cashback. Unlike Shark which cashback 1 day after purchase. Definitely will not buy any more thing from dyson.

It wasn't tracked so lodge a claim.
Response was "we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed."
Dyson refused a £13.99 cashback to me.
