Unfortunately, I have had to make 2 claims with this merchant. I am still waiting to hear back on one claim. Disappointing, as I order regularly from them and always use topcashback.

I received a much lower cashback on a much lower purchase amount than what I actually spent on goods with this store - not sure if they're excluding VAT - it doesn't seem to say it's exclusive of VAT on the merchant notes. very disappointed.

I use diney store reather alot and never fails to track. When ive had questions either by phone or email the advisers have always been prompt in answering. My only problem is cashback takes a white to payout, think its somethin like 3 months + but at least it does!

Didn't have to much of a problem with checkout and tracked quick. Couriers were rubbish point blank lied about trying to make a delivery when I sat in all day waiting. But the fact that I bought my stuff in October and it's now mid march and cash back still hasn't become payable is a joke!!
