	Poor Doesn't usually track on its own and needs submitting. Had cases open for 8 months + only for them to reject claiming it didn't meet their terms. Ridiculous.

	cash back doesn't always track maybe I'm just unlucky or Disney are being a bit naughty but made three orders in 3 days and 1 didn't track, then 1 of the 2 that had tracked had an item cancelled (not sure why as still showing as in stock :( ) so no CB for that one either - seems a bit fishy when that was the 25% cash back offer so will probably return them now as not the bargain as I was expecting

	Sale never tracks I order from the Disney Store once a month, and every month I have to lodge a missing claim. I've used the Disney Store on this site for a few years but it only seems to be this year the issue has started.

	Last two not tracked Last two transactions haven't tracked, raised tickets and 3 months after raising the ticket still no response. Losing faith and trust after such a long period of no response.
