I 100% uphold all other respondents, this company has dissolved into rubbish. It has taken me over 6 months to get to actually speak to someone and I only did that by ringing a shop in Cardiff whihc is loosely affiliated to the site and them ringing me back. I have only given one star as there is not an option to leave no stars which is what they deserve

Part of my order has now arrived, but still waiting for the rest 4 weeks after they took my money. They do not respond to emails. Buyer beware!

Still waiting for delivery one week after they took my money, and of course cashback failed to track. Come on top cashback you recommend retailers to us, please drop them if they are unreliable.

Like everyone else below I found this site to be run by cowboys. Took my money but didn't deliver. PayPal clearly know all about them though as a dispute was closed in less than 24 hours when they refunded my money. The company don't even reply to emails. Top cashback please read user feedback and give them the boot from this site, they are a disgrace.

After emailing and phoning to find out what had happened to my order (to no avail) I ended up having to raise a dispute through Paypal.
The products then turned up extrememly quickly (but only after I had bought replacements elsewhere) but without a word of apology.
Cashback has always tracked and been paid.
But I would certainly not use them ever again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They have taken my payment but have only provided me with part of my order. I have tried to ring them, but they don't answer the 'phone. I have tried emailing them, they don't reply to the emails. I've now had to put the item in dispute with my credit card company. Don't know how successful that will be because, of course, I can't prove that I haven't had the full order.
