The cashback tracked quick but I wont be shopping with debenhams again as their deliveries dont show up yet you have to call for refund when the item goes out of stock. Rubbish customer service.

Cash back did not track and have had to submit a manual claim. Hopefully TCB will be able to sort this out for me. Disappointing, as it was only my second TCB purchase.

Very easy to order online and get order processed. Efficient service as updates were received via email.
However, the collection point at the wedding shop was not the best experience. I was directed to the location but when I arrived I waited for the assistant to acknowledge me but I was ignored. I had to actually speak up as she continued with paperwork she was working on. The assistant's attitude was brusque and it all seemed too much trouble.
The returns process in store was more efficient though than the collection and the assistant was more helpful and pleasant.
