Picked the TV I wanted and a wall bracket then on checking out you are told they are not eligable for home delivery and there are none in stock for collection anywhere. This is not the first time I have had this with Currys, it is annoying and wasting my time

Bit slow but finally got cashback. Delivery men just dumped my washer/dryer in middle of kitchen and left even though the site stated they unpacked it. Had to leave it there as I am disabled and had to squeeze round it all day.

Yet another purchase tracked at the wrong rate of cashback and subsequently declined by Currys. This is the third one in the past year - they have NEVER paid the cashback they said they would. I'm not alone - see the countless reviews saying the same thing. Unreliable and frankly, dishonest.

Cashback tracked but they declined saying that the order was not completed or returned product, the dyson vacuum works great and I still own it-infact I used it less than an hour ago. Don't bother with curry's, they're liars

Placed a couple of orders with the merchant. In both cases the Cashback paid did not match the cash back advertised and on challenging the decision, after waiting a number of months, I was informed that this would not be rectified. Personally I'll be looking to shop elsewhere in the future.

Warning &Negative Feedback. Be very careful to claim as soon as you can if any delay in getting your cashback. Just been told that 3 separate purchases have been declined after 11 months chasing. Purchases between December 2015 and February 2016. Not the first time Currys have done this either.

Avoid , they do not pay the promised cash back amount or reflect your true spend in the tracking. If challenged currys say it is correct
