ordered over £300 worth of stuff when there was 10% cashback in august 2016, lodged a missing cashback claim when only received less than 1% cashback, after waiting nearly 6 MONTHS for a reply got a message saying the correct commission was paid cant see how that was worked out but poor service on both parts!
