The cashback was tracked wrongly, I have submitted a claim but this hasn't been solved yet. £1 instead of £10 is a big difference.

two seperate orders - both declined cashback. Had to submit a claim - one has been resolved but still waiting for the other. looks like they will not honour it. Will not rely on cashback with currys in the future- seems they look for any excuse to deny cashback rather than customer satisfaction.
