Tracked at the wrong amount and took ages to get it resolved. It is now resolved and cashback moved to payable hence 3 stars and not anything lower!

Service is great but when they calculate the cashback it is on the vat exclusive costs not the retail or the price paid. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars
