Wriggled out of paying cashback with a lie. They said that an unauthorised voucher code had been used. No unauthorised voucher codes were used.

Absolutely appalled by the service recieved from top cashback & currys. I purchased a £1400 tv following all there instructions to the letter only to be told 4 months later it's declined. Feel furious & let down, would return the tv if I could. Avoid at all costs

This retailer seems to be playing games with TopCashback customers. Firstly, they advertise attractive cashback offers that track at a reduced and totally undefined rate (an "accepted practice", for some unkown reason), if it tracks at all. Then, it is left to the customer to raise a claim if they can be bothered. Finally, around two months elapse and ANY tracked cashback is sneekily declined, WITHOUT being brought to the customer's notice IN ANY WAY. Only by manually searching back through your account transactions or directly checking declined transactions yourself (why would you?) can you find the claim striked out, WITHOUT ANY REASON BEING GIVEN!!! This is clearly a Breach of Promise, yet it clearly works for Currys. These totally illegal retailer actions urgently need to be brought to the attention of Trading Standards, along with several other regular offenders such as Argos.

2 out of 3 transactions with Curry's / PC world have been rejected and they were both valid. One was £50 cash back on any Apple Mac bought, a significant purchase only bought here because of cash back. I wouldn't count on any cash back from this retailer.
