Bought two items from Currys PC World and have had to chase up for cashback. Had one payments and now have to chase up again for the second. Not good at all. Would have given no stars but this is not viable. So they get one from me.

The cashback registered on the initial transaction. Sat as 'Pending' for months, then Curry's declined it, with no reason given. Have checked the terms of the original offer and the transaction definitely qualified for the cashback but as Curry's took so long to do anything I now have no recourse (past the 60 day limit). Bad service, avoid!
