Had to claim for the tracking that took 2 months, the slowest paying out company I have used. only managed a payout when I complained about the estimated time that kept adding weeks went from 8 weeks to 19 weeks after 4 months. good offers but very slow to pay!!

Payout target not met. Despite an estaimte of 8 weeks to payout after 16 weeks still not payable. Also payout based on pre-VAT price. Avoid.

Very poor merchant. ‘T&C not met’ being the refusal reason. I bought online, collected the item and have the receipt for the warranty. How can that not be meeting the terms? Won’t be using them again as poor service and arrogant in the store.

Cashback tracked at below tracked amount and took ages to settle and couldnt raise query on lower amount until it was settled (as sometimes tracks at lower amount) . Once it settled it apparently was to late to query cashback as it was passed 60 day window.. cashback was meant to be 80 GBP now only 11gbp .. Seriously recommend other suppliers....

Spent £250 on network equipment mid September, still not settled - slowest of all retrailers. Because of this Currys/PCWorld are not used unless a significant price advantage (which is not often)
