CURRYS ARE A JOKE - Claim from November tracked, but stayed pending for just over two months then went to payable ZERO. Submitting manual claim. If you want to get cashback do NOT use Currys.

I bought 2 items on the same day in November. Cashback on one is now payable (£4.00) while the other (£19.95) has now disappeared completely with no explanation. What's going on?

They now seem to decline any tracked and correct transactions I make. Just declined one for a camera I purchased - owes me £17.50. Because they took 3 months to decline I am also no longer able to query it. AVOID CURRYS IF YOU WANT THE MONEY - THEY DECLINE MORE THAN THEY PAY AND FOR NO GOOD REASON.

Yet again let down by Currys, NO problems with the products but don't expect cashback... Reserved £600 LCD Samsung, collected the following day, no Cashback despite TCB and me trying numerous times. 2nd attempt reserved a Microwave cooker collected from store and now claim deleted with no reason.

No problems with actual Currys service... ordered on line and collected in store was excellent.
However, though it tracked quickly in early October, last week my £9.50 disappeared and was replaced with £0, and I am told Currys effectively declined it. As with many others on here, I did everything as asked (entering receipt numbers, etc, etc)..... but at the death it still got declined (after nearly FOUR months).
Topcashback are chasing it again for me.... but seems to me that Currys are finding any old thing to just refuse cashback on the reserve & collect items.

Didn't track and had to put in a claim. Once it had been tracked went through ok and became payable.

Used the collect at branch service - it was very easy to then collect the cashback, I simple had to add my receipt number.
