this might be an error on my part but when trying to reserve and collect an item i was unable to find anywhere on currys website that would allow me to use a valid promo code. I used the same code to order for delivery without any problems but then had to organise someone to wait for the delivery. not a huge problem but annoying.

reserved the item online but when i got to the store i was told the only one they had was a returned item. Explained that i had paid full price and so didnt see why i should get a used item.The store did locate the item at another store and i collected it from there. I should have been notified when i reserved the item online that the item was used, if not i should not have been able to reserve the item via your system.

Only 2 days for delivery. Pity that the printer was faulty which is not Currys fault. Took it to my local store where they had no problem exchanging for a new one.
