My January 2020 holiday was pending until July 2021 before being declined with no explanation despite providing evidence that I had completed the holiday. Wouldn't expect any cashback from the Travel companies anymore post COVID. Actually, my holiday was before COVID!

For my 2019 holiday it took 6 months to pay the cashback, then for my 2020 holiday it was pending for over 12 months and then declined without explanation

Still waiting for cashback after 9 months. I have booked with Crystal multiple times over the years, but unless this claim is resolved, ?I won't be using them again

Declined claim for over £45. Lodged a claim including booking number etc but claim was unsuccessful.
