	David My last two cashabcks with Crystal went through. 1 has been paid, the other I'm not expecting paid till after the holiday next year, but its showing as tracked. Prior to this I had one not track, so things have improved.

	Should it be this hard? Ski holiday in January 2024. Cashback never tracked for special offer at time of booking. Eventually settled for less cash back in May 24 after chasing and chasing the full amount. Got fed up and settled for a lower offer.

	Transaction supposedly didnt track. Not happy losing out on around £49 casback. I took screenshots showing the Crystal 'offer' page on TCB and the confirmation of the booking but to no avail.

	Don’t honour agreement Offered 4% for holidays booked and taken between set dates and then only paid 1%.

	Claim not tracked and manual clain then denied Transaction was carried out correctly and another purchase from a different company on the same day using the same browser etc tracked aok, but TCB and Crystal have refused the claim even after raising a CS ticket and with screen shots of all the stages of the purchase tranaction. Looking through the reviews in date order, it appears that there are many other disatisfied Crystal customers since 2020, when claims appear to suddenly change from being mainy successful to no postive reviews. I can only think there is a system issue, as it is happening to others, though this is denied. The only option I am left with is to vote with my feet and spend my money with a travel agent who will honour the cash back offers, as I can not afford to loose such a large cash back payment.

	Did not track and missing claim was declined Clicked through as normal, booked straight away in the browser I had open. My cashback didn't track. Submitted a missing claim which was "on ice" for months. Then I was told Topcashback wasn't the final referrer on my transaction so the claim was declined. Never had this problem with any other merchant.

	Inconsistent So Crystal seemingly refused this cashback saying that TCB was not the last referrer - which is untrue - to underline that point Crystal did pay some cashback just not the full amount - so they must have registered the referral. In fairness to TCB they paid the full amount but this is extremely unreasonable of Crystal and i would probably not book with them again because of it!

	Lower than advertised cashback When I booked it stated the cashback would be 4% of the booking cost if I travelled in January, which I did. My cashback has now been confirmed as 1%, so a big disappointment. When I complained to Crystal they said its not down to them and I should query with Topcashback, which I did, but no ones interested. Seems it was a scam

	Unpaid cashback After a very long wait (from 2020), I've had confirmation that Crystal Ski won't pay the cashback I'm owed. Apparently Topcashback weren't the last referral to their website when I made the purchase. This is simply not true, and is suspicious considering this has never happened with any other purchase I've made. I won't be trusting Crystal Ski with my custom again.

	Paid out previously but not this time. Had a claim paid from them last year but this year has been denied?? Not sure why because I clear cookies etc. before using TCB and don't have a problem with other sites, but seeing other reviews here suspect they are denying most people now. As TCB say don't rely on getting cashback and so suggest you consider this when when making your holiday choices??

	suprious reasons to deny claim denied despite following all the rules and ensuring no cookies stored. given they don't provide the same service they used to i would suggest alternative merchants a better idea.

	They don't pay out They don't pay out, see the reviews for the last 3 years. They do NOT pay out cashback. They have refused 2 of mine in 2 years. Do NOT use them.

	Had a holiday in Feb 2020 with casback payment pending until July 2021 when it was declined with no explanation!! Do not expect any cashback from this company in future!!!uly 2021

	My January 2020 holiday was pending until July 2021 before being declined with no explanation despite providing evidence that I had completed the holiday. Wouldn't expect any cashback from the Travel companies anymore post COVID. Actually, my holiday was before COVID!

	For my 2019 holiday it took 6 months to pay the cashback, then for my 2020 holiday it was pending for over 12 months and then declined without explanation
