Originally didn't track at % listed but lodged a claim and received the remaining balance quite quickly. Three months from paying holiday balance before cashback payable to me but overall happy.

Inconsistent
So Crystal seemingly refused this cashback saying that TCB was not the last referrer - which is untrue - to underline that point Crystal did pay some cashback just not the full amount - so they must have registered the referral. In fairness to TCB they paid the full amount but this is extremely unreasonable of Crystal and i would probably not book with them again because of it!

This took longer than expected to receive cashback, I made my booking in October, went on holiday in January and got my cashback in April. - Cashback received 12 weeks after I came back form holiday

Used cash back twice for crystal ski both times have been refused cash back, no reason was given, but it took them a year to tell me. After recent holiday with them, will not be using them again!

Claim not tracked and manual clain then denied
Transaction was carried out correctly and another purchase from a different company on the same day using the same browser etc tracked aok, but TCB and Crystal have refused the claim even after raising a CS ticket and with screen shots of all the stages of the purchase tranaction. Looking through the reviews in date order, it appears that there are many other disatisfied Crystal customers since 2020, when claims appear to suddenly change from being mainy successful to no postive reviews. I can only think there is a system issue, as it is happening to others, though this is denied. The only option I am left with is to vote with my feet and spend my money with a travel agent who will honour the cash back offers, as I can not afford to loose such a large cash back payment.

Did not track and missing claim was declined
Clicked through as normal, booked straight away in the browser I had open. My cashback didn't track. Submitted a missing claim which was "on ice" for months. Then I was told Topcashback wasn't the final referrer on my transaction so the claim was declined. Never had this problem with any other merchant.

Lower than advertised cashback
When I booked it stated the cashback would be 4% of the booking cost if I travelled in January, which I did. My cashback has now been confirmed as 1%, so a big disappointment. When I complained to Crystal they said its not down to them and I should query with Topcashback, which I did, but no ones interested. Seems it was a scam

Unpaid cashback
After a very long wait (from 2020), I've had confirmation that Crystal Ski won't pay the cashback I'm owed. Apparently Topcashback weren't the last referral to their website when I made the purchase. This is simply not true, and is suspicious considering this has never happened with any other purchase I've made. I won't be trusting Crystal Ski with my custom again.

Paid out previously but not this time.
Had a claim paid from them last year but this year has been denied?? Not sure why because I clear cookies etc. before using TCB and don't have a problem with other sites, but seeing other reviews here suspect they are denying most people now. As TCB say don't rely on getting cashback and so suggest you consider this when when making your holiday choices??

claim denied despite following all the rules and ensuring no cookies stored. given they don't provide the same service they used to i would suggest alternative merchants a better idea.

They don't pay out, see the reviews for the last 3 years. They do NOT pay out cashback. They have refused 2 of mine in 2 years. Do NOT use them.
