Unpaid cashback
After a very long wait (from 2020), I've had confirmation that Crystal Ski won't pay the cashback I'm owed. Apparently Topcashback weren't the last referral to their website when I made the purchase. This is simply not true, and is suspicious considering this has never happened with any other purchase I've made. I won't be trusting Crystal Ski with my custom again.

Paid out previously but not this time.
Had a claim paid from them last year but this year has been denied?? Not sure why because I clear cookies etc. before using TCB and don't have a problem with other sites, but seeing other reviews here suspect they are denying most people now. As TCB say don't rely on getting cashback and so suggest you consider this when when making your holiday choices??

suprious reasons to deny
claim denied despite following all the rules and ensuring no cookies stored. given they don't provide the same service they used to i would suggest alternative merchants a better idea.

They don't pay out, see the reviews for the last 3 years. They do NOT pay out cashback. They have refused 2 of mine in 2 years. Do NOT use them.

Had a holiday in Feb 2020 with casback payment pending until July 2021 when it was declined with no explanation!! Do not expect any cashback from this company in future!!!uly 2021

My January 2020 holiday was pending until July 2021 before being declined with no explanation despite providing evidence that I had completed the holiday. Wouldn't expect any cashback from the Travel companies anymore post COVID. Actually, my holiday was before COVID!

For my 2019 holiday it took 6 months to pay the cashback, then for my 2020 holiday it was pending for over 12 months and then declined without explanation
