Slow
Far too slow. It took since December 2025 till August 2026 for cashback to become payable. Way too long.

Slow Cashback Payer...
Took nearly a year to get cashback paid. Personally, not a big issue. I always consider the cashback a bonus but might be an issue for some. Will still be back ;-)

Far too slow
I was lucky to get the cashback this time, eventually. Previous attempts have not been so successful and they usually take so long to decline, you can't appeal with Topcashback. Lots of the comparison sites are similar

have been waiting since August of last year [2025] for this payment and only just got it [middle of April 26] And this is only because I actually spoke to top cash back Who who paid me out of their own pocket So there's still nothing from lconfused.com

Terrible - no update 18 months later
Don't bother with this company - you won't get your cashback. No update after submitting a claim in August 2024!

Took 4 + months for a Travel Insurance cashback and that too after raising a claim.
The stats are wrong.
