	Not gonna lie, I used Confused twice and each time they got me the cheapest quote. However on both occasions they track the cashback at £0 and it does not move from pending. I've had one transaction pending at £0 since July and one since early December. Submitted a ticket to TCB and they can't do anything about it apparently... so don't rely on getting cashback from this merchant.

	Bought my car insurance through them, initially tracked at £0.00 as expected, increased to £25, then declined with no explanation or possibility of investigation. They say not to factor in cashback when deciding to accept quotes, but as normally no problems, I think most of us do!

	I would give this no stars if possible. I was unable to complete the purchase online and given a code to use over the phone. After chasing up through customer services the cash back was made payable but then cancelled. I am now unable to chase this up as the purchase was over 100 days ago. Really poor.

	Terrible. Claim payout was missing, then once I lodged complaint it was received and in my payable pot. Now it has been removed again so I have lodged another claim. All too much like hard work for £30!!!!
