If you are banking on the cashback from co op don't bother, should have paid out at the end of September and still waiting, have sent a nudge but keep on getting fobbed off.
This seems to happen more often now with TCB on larger commissions, well to me anyway. Cashback amounts do not track at the advertised rate and then they try to blame VAT on delivery etc. On average have to supply one or two missing claim forms a week!

Hi,
Please note this merchant has a 90 day validation period which commences at the end of the month of which the policy starts. The merchant will then go on to approve the valid transactions in batches which may extend the date for these to reach payable status a little further. We realise our systems for automatically indicating the estimated date to become payable are not perfect in these situations and this is an area we are looking to update.
Regards
