	Policy commenced early July and due for payment 30/09/09 but still waiting - I hope it arrives in time for Christmas spending!

	Took policy out in July, still waiting for payment so where do they get the 90 day validation policy from? TCB always claim the 90 day policy but come on guys six months have passed and not a penny, merchants with slow payout policies should be removed.

	I was supposed to get £70 cashback on this car insurance. Nothing came through, so the guys here chased it for me. I eventually received, after many months, £55. Still a lot of money, but less than promised.

	I took out my car policy in late July and should have been paid at the very least in early November. Still waitng. Very poor service from them,not impressed one bit.

	Glad to see I am not the only one waiting to be paid. Bought my policy end of August and still not showing as confirmed. The cashback site does say there is a 90 day confirmation period starting at the end of the month the policy starts! That is a long wait.

	Didn't track automatically. Submitted a manual claim which eventually tracked. Finally became payable six months after the initial transaction!

	If you are banking on the cashback from co op don't bother, should have paid out at the end of September and still waiting, have sent a nudge but keep on getting fobbed off. This seems to happen more often now with TCB on larger commissions, well to me anyway. Cashback amounts do not track at the advertised rate and then they try to blame VAT on delivery etc. On average have to supply one or two missing claim forms a week!

	Hi, Please note this merchant has a 90 day validation period which commences at the end of the month of which the policy starts. The merchant will then go on to approve the valid transactions in batches which may extend the date for these to reach payable status a little further. We realise our systems for automatically indicating the estimated date to become payable are not perfect in these situations and this is an area we are looking to update. 	This transaction Tracked ok, it took 5 months to go from Pending to Confirmed (June-Nov) and I am now waiting for this to become payable. Slowest transaction I have experienced to date.
