	Watch out for products being possibly exempt (especially popular gift boxes) and also they deduct VAT and any money-off vouchers before applying cashback so it's always a smaller amount than you expect.

	Never get an automatic cash back Always need to create a claim at Clarins to get cashback, and need to wait for a few months, the amount of cashback is less than the promotion rate every time.

	Placed my first order, has been paid & completed. £4.50 cashback tracked ok, but they have now declined it for no reason. Really dont like the dishonesty of sites that do this
