I used this retailer to book a hotel in London, the payment has been confirmed just after a few days but it takes a couple of months for it to be claimed.

Very efficient site staff very helpfull with queeries, search engine gave a good cross selection of hotels, only problem I experienced was when at hotel was told my accomodation was without breakfast yet paid for with. but soon sorted with a short phone call

System crashed as i was booking.Rang up and booked over the phone,forgot to mention Top Cash Back and city hotels won't manually track it.Other than not getting any cash Back it wasn't a bad experience ,but not one that I will be in any rush to repeat,as some of the conditions are worse than other booking sites.
