	Bought 4 shirts for £100 expecting a tenner back, but it appears that they pay on the ex-vat amount so it's more like £8.50. It would be nice if this was displayed clearly on merchant site on tcb. Otherwise thoroughly good experience and totally recommend CT Shirts.

	I chose a formal shirt for £24.95, then remembered TopCashBack, so went back to the Tyrwhitt site using TCB (10.1% cashback). Suddenly my £24.95 shirt had gone up to £34.95! So, using TCB with this merchant would have cost me about £7.50 extra, even after I'd had the CashBack. A nasty trick that discredits both this retailer, and TopCashBack. Let's be vigilant about these deceitful practices, and make sure we (a) post comments on this site to warn others and (b) vote with our wallets by refusing to use retailers who have "special" prices just for TCB customers.....

	Just to add to a previous comment that apparently the cashback is applied to the ex-VAT price, so it is not really 10%, but closer to 8%. This used to be different and it would be good if Topcashback added a small note as they do with other retailer with similar policies.

	Cashback much quicker than it was. I have now noticed that the cashback (10%) I was awarded was the price excluding VAT. Hasn't happened before; didn't know the T&C's had changed.

	Just noticed that if you use the Topcashback link to go to this website, the prices are often much higher than if you go direct to their website. A £29.99 shirt I purchased costs £34.99 using the Topcashback link, and a £20 tie costs £25. Beware of this catch - even after the cashback, you can end up paying more.

	Payable and confirmed very quickly, so no problems so far. Always great quality products from Charles Tyrwhitt, and brilliant customer service if ever required, include cashback on top and you have a perfect reason for using TCB.

	I received a special offer in the mail, and the code didn't work when I went to use it online. Their phone customer sorted it all out, and I got to make the order online for the cashback, with a manual adjustment to reflect the special offer. Quick, apologetic, and helpful - faultless customer service.
