Cashback isn't huge for this retailer, but then the prices are pretty competitive to start and you often get money off codes and promotions. I always find the delivery to be quick and haven't ever had any CD's go missing. It's a bit of a shame for the environment that they send each cd individually packaged, so I try to pass the envelopes on to someone who can use them (usually through Freecycle.org). Pretty good company all in all, I do tend to use them as a preference.

CDWOW used to be excellent and you'd always get your cds within the week. recently it is really rubbish and they don't even look at the order for a fortnight.
