I had exact same issue as gavinthegreat. You either get the cashback or you dont! Voucher or no voucher. It should be clear in the T&Cs if not.

Cashback was showing as pending but has now been scored out and replaced with £0. Not doing an enquiry as it was quite a small amount - I used a voucher so maybe that was why.

GOOD SITE BUT SHAME IT IS RUINED BY LENGTHY DELIVERY TIMES, I KNOW IT IS CHEAP TO BE SENT NOW VAT FREE FROM PLACES LIKE JERSEY ETC BUT YOU STILL DON'T WANT TO WAIT 8 DAYS FOR A CD! WHEN SOME SITES WILL SEND IT IN 2 DAYS. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I have always had good service from CD WOW but this time was apalling. It took almost a month for the CD to arrive, even though it is a chart one and being advertised on their home page. they also ignore several emails about it.
