The CD received was badly scratched, so e-mailled to get it replaced. They promptly sent me a freepost envelope to send back the damaged one, and a new CD the next day. Excellent service, friendly staff, prompt cashback!

Only used CD Wow once since joining topcashback, but had no problem with the cashback being awarded - from what I can remember, it appeared on my account the day after the transaction.Be aware though that if you use a voucher, it appears that you don't earn cashback on that element, only the actual cash you pay.
