I've always been impressed with CD Wow - prompt deliveries, and cheap products, from an excellent range. Yet to find out what happens if there is a proble - for example you need to return a product.

DVD new releases are frequently delayed for weeks on end e.g. Die Hard 4.0 delayed 3wks after release date, Harry Potter 2wks. If you want your newly released DVDs on or before the official release date go somewhere else. Customer services are poor too.
Cashback tracks easily but you get delay emails from the retailer every 2 days and when you contact them for more info they simply state they don't know when you'll get your disc.
