my first deal on tcb but was disappointed to receive 36p on a spend of £24.99 (just under 1.5%). Was promised 6% so won't use cd-wow again and will watch other retailers' calculations.

I used to like CD WOW. Having not used them for a while I have submitted 3 orders recently and all of them have gone wrong. Their aftersales support is great, though, but don't expect to get the products you order.

Failed to track. Took payment immediately but still waiting for item which was supposedly in stock when I ordered it, to be delivered 3 weeks later! Have previously been happy with service but not this time. Have received no communication about the delay, will be cancelling and shopping else where.

I love CD Wow, i have used them many many times, they are always the first cd/dvd website i go to, although i check out others of course, they are amonst the cheapest, their service is excellent, along with their delivery, often receiving the item next day, after paying with a card!
