Very good customer service in terms of dealing with the order and sending very quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars all round was that I found out one item was out of stock only when the package arrived.

Very slow to deliver goods and then some items were out of stock which took them over a week to notify me,if it had said that when I ordered them I wouldnt't have bothered because it wouldn't have been worth it with p&p added.
The only compensation was money off next purchase....as if!

Really disappointed with this trader. Purchased following the correct procedure, have order number and confirmed purchase and delivery but declined claim - would not give a reason. Dont trust them !!

I spent £64 expecting £3.75 cash back. It didn't track. I head to open a case and now I've been informed that the cash back has been denied. I'm not terribly impressed as I did keep all of the order. and didn't use any extra voucher codes.

Not impressed with this company at all. The website is dodgy to say the least, I placed an order only to find that for some reason it was duplicated, resulting in 2 lots of items being sent and billed for! I wasn't too worried to start with, assuming an email would get it all sorted out, however, 4 days later and still no response to 2 emails. I then tried to ring them but 3 calls being stuck for an age in call queues later at my own expense and no still no reply. As I write this I am still no further on resolving this issue and still out of pocket. Cath Kidston's 'customer service' is non-existant and needless to say, I will not be placing any more orders with them!
