I have made quite a few purchases on from Cath Kidston through Top Cashback, I have had the correct cashback every time.
Cath Kidston's customer service is OUTSTANDING. One of my orders was for crockery, there were quite a few damaged items due to rough handling by the courier (despite the excellent packaging by CK) the customer service team sent out new items without question. BRILLIANT!

I was disappointed that I was not informed that an item was out of stock until I reached the checkout. This impacted on a promotion and the postage and packaging fees. Having spent some time choosing what was in my basket, I had no time to look elsewhere so I chose other items to make up for the shortfall but they would not have been my first choice.

I have used this website numerous times and was really pleased it was linked to TCB when I joined. I have since had 2 transactions that have gone through no problem. The last one is still causing problems as the cashback has tracked on less than I spent meaning I have had to open a case. 1 of 4 I have on the go!
Regarding the quality of the products, it's not great, most stuff is made in China and I had to exchange the last item which was a gift in store but eventually, they were very helpful and I got it sorted. Can't say the same for the missing cashback....
