Cashback tracked quickly, and my compatable cartridges came within a few days. Didn't have need to contact their customer services department, but from what I have seen via delivery and ordering it seems a pretty decent outfit.

I was going to buy original cartridges for my HP PHotosmart, as previous generic cartridges would not work in this old machine, but the cost of both black and colour was more than £60, nearly half my weekly income, so when I saw the Cartridge People best buy package of generic cartridges would only cost me one fifth of the originals I decided to try those. Result? Perfect! I am delighted and will buy from this company again.
