I have no problem with the actual retailer as the transaction itself was easy, the goods delivered promptly and the cashback tracked - the actual cartridges themselves really aren't up to scratch. I bought two cartridges suitable for my Lexmark printer, but neither gave the desired results and I have abandoned both in favour of a genuine Lexmark cartridge. A case of a money-saver that cost more in the long run!
