I've had cashback declined twice from Caledonian. Both times I have put in a claim and they have paid out, but it was a lower amount than was promised

My cashback is ALWAYS rejected in the first instance.
Have to make extra claims and eventually receive my due amount in the end.
Would prefer being paid instantly and not having to ‘grovel’

CASHBACK DECLINED
I booked a trip for 4 as a returning customer for a 3 day trip on 21st August and paid full price at £199-00 each, as a returning customer I expected a 4% cashback return, I've just checked my account and the payment has been declined, come on Caledonian Travel, you should not be advertising cashback with Top Cashback if you are not willing to pay out, or is it Top Cashback at fault, I'm not a happy bunny.

FUll price trip to cornwall
Booked 2 seats full price to cornwall, used topcashback, stated 6% new customers and 4% existing customers. Got reply back that TCB declined no reason. False advertising and this has happened to other people. If you advertise something caledonian then stick to your word or explain reason for decline.

First time we recieved cash back no problem, second and third time we have been delined cashback with no reason provided. Not used it in conjuction with any other offers or deals so no reason why the cashback wouldn't be valid. Tried to fill out an appeal but hasn't updated in months.

Was booking a short break and seen on Topcashback website that Caledonian were offering cashback. Booked, had a great break and soon after returning received my casback. Fastest I’ve ever received cashback.
