The Bulb reviews you will find on this page highlight various areas which the energy supplier has been praised for by TopCashback members who have switched to them through us. While it is fair to say there is some negative feedback, plenty of our members have complimented them on their cashback performance, their customer service, how much Bulb saved them and more. In terms of the service provided, some of those who have left a Bulb review have said things such as “fantastic service and a great deal with Bulb. Highly recommended”, “spot on, simple as abc, great service too” and “so easy to switch”.

You will also find plenty of positive comments regarding cashback, some of which include “signed up to Bulb through TopCashback and four months later I got cashback. It tracked after one day”, “paid up without fuss. What more can I ask?” and “fast and efficient cashback”. One member left positive feedback despite their cashback not initially tracking at the right amount, saying: “Did not originally track correctly but this was successfully resolved via missing claims with ease.”

did not track. put in claim we'll see but i doubt very much they'll pay out based on the latest reviews. read them all in date order. there is nothing good to say for quite a while. the message from topcashback is all well and good but if a retailer consistently does not pay up then they need to be removed otherwise its very misleading. we all know cashback is not guaranteed but why trade with a merchant who never pays and leaves members unhappy and out of pocket? ah well, it will teach me to read the reviews thoroughly, especially on a big deal.

Took over 12 months, even then i had to chase and open a claim. When I finally got the tracking, it took a further 12 weeks to be payable. Good energy company, awful TCB lead time. Make sure you ask Bulb for your customer account number to speed up TCB.

This merchant declined my £40 cashback despite everything being done as it should be so be very wary of this fact before you join them if there is a better deal out there.

If I could give this transaction zero stars I would. Took almost a WHOLE YEAR to get paid after chasing multiple times. Would definitely not recommend

The cashback took an extremely long time to become available to me. The eligible purchase was made at the start of October, the status took several months to be confirmed and then it sat as confirmed for several months longer. The cashback wasn't actually payable until mid April the following year.

Cashback didnt track, had to submit missing form. Cashback eventually appeared 8 months later and then took nearly 6 weeks to pay out.

over 9 months since i switched and stil no cashback, Had no problems with bulb themselves but dont switch for the cashback alone!

Awful Service, not only did i have many issues with incorrect billing etc which they finally gave me compensation for of £30 but they then refuse my cash back of £30 which in turn means I never really got compensation! So annoying when you're told that you didn't go through correctly or maybe used a code, no all I did was follow the link from toipcashback and made the purchase to join them, I will be looking for another provider!

Still waiting for Cashback. Joined Bulb on 1st June and the cashback is Confirmed but not payable yet. Prices gone up twice since joining and they say my usage has gone up (so need to increase direct debit) in spite of them only ever had one meter reading from me.

tracked at payable in 16 weeks, they announced increased prices which is ok they can do this but payable increased to 20 weeks so to get the cashback have to stay with increased prices the saving made by switching will be greater than the cashback so will switch and lose the cashback
