The Bulb reviews you will find on this page highlight various areas which the energy supplier has been praised for by TopCashback members who have switched to them through us. While it is fair to say there is some negative feedback, plenty of our members have complimented them on their cashback performance, their customer service, how much Bulb saved them and more. In terms of the service provided, some of those who have left a Bulb review have said things such as “fantastic service and a great deal with Bulb. Highly recommended”, “spot on, simple as abc, great service too” and “so easy to switch”.

You will also find plenty of positive comments regarding cashback, some of which include “signed up to Bulb through TopCashback and four months later I got cashback. It tracked after one day”, “paid up without fuss. What more can I ask?” and “fast and efficient cashback”. One member left positive feedback despite their cashback not initially tracking at the right amount, saying: “Did not originally track correctly but this was successfully resolved via missing claims with ease.”

Cashback hasn't tracked after 3days and going by other reviews then I'm not really expecting it, quite poor really if this is a sign of what is to come from them. Tempted to cancel the switchover now. Mind you, no tie in period/exit fees so if they are garbage then I'll just leave them!

I joined Bulb using Topcashback nearly a year ago, a couple of months later they cancelled the transaction. Not being too happy with them I asked on the Bulb forum why it was cancelled and one of their reps said everything with our contract was correct but couldn't give me an answer as to why it was cancelled. I put a claim in through Topcashback and eventually it was reinstated. Now its just become payable, its rather poor on their part but I will add the people in Bulb are very nice to deal with.

I switched to bulb back in May 18. Still no sign of the cashback (it's been confirmed) and it's tracked at half the initial amount they advertised for a dual switch. They've also jsut emailed me to say they're putting up their prices for the second time since I joined them.

absolutely worthless, it tracked at £42 until 100 days was over then they declined so I couldn't even chase up with TCB. Don't trust the cash back!

A complete con. I move my mum over to them and was supposed to £15, they have declined the payment no reason given, gives TOPcashback a bad name will never use them again
