	Even 1 star is too much. Didn't track so had to submit missing claim and 5 months later still no response from Broadband choices regarding missing claim from TopCashback. Seems to be a running issue when buying Vodafone broadband via both Topcashback and Broadband Choices. Would use alternative aevenue for cashback and promotion next time as I doubt anything is going to come of this claim.

	Did not track and do not get provided an order number. They simply use the tracking number directly from the internet provider and I assume, take a cut for referring you. I have raised a claim and it has been with the retailer for months. I dont expect it to be approved.

	Like so many others (the norm for Broadbandchoices now) my order has not tracked (Vodafone Broadband) i have had to submit a missing cashback claim and now we all wait for 'SEVERAL' months and then get a big NO you not getting it. Dont bother going with them now as they have got realy bad in paying out legit cashback

	AVOID! They do not send you an order number (you get directly from the broadband provider), and then decline your cashback because you haven't got an order number from broadbandchoices. TopCahsback cannot hep you when they decline it. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews to make them look good and then!

	Still waiting for £35 cashback 18 months after the transaction. I will never use them again when I come to change my broadband as they are totally untrustworthy. I can get better deals and cash back through other intermediaries. Do not use them. Go elsewhere.

	Just wonder how 98.89% satisfied rating for broadbandchoices.co.uk come from? Bought Sky broadband from here in March 2017. I have been waiting for my claim since then despite Topcashback keeps telling me they are still chasing, waiting...

	Stay away from this merchant. I subscribed to Sky through Broadbandchoices.co.uk since September 2017 and I am yet to get my cashback. I chased up but nothing come forth. What a fraud! Topcashback should also beware!

	Lodged the missing cashback in March 2017 and I am still waiting for the response, even after a few times chasing up from topcashback, still no response !!! I could have gone for other better deal on my broadband if it is not the promised cashback from broadandchoices.

	Sorry to say that my experience with this retailer was not a good one. Made purchase early August 2016! Has only just gone payable today, 20/06/17!! I believe I did it correctly so am disappointed my cashback has taken almost a year. Will think twice before using this retailer again. Still, I did get there in the end.

	Absolute Swindle - went direct to them from Topcashback, bought a John Lewis broadband package, and now claim they cannot prove that they were the referrer
