just come back from bosworth hall, we found the cleanliness in the bathroom shocking, and even thick dust on the tea tray!had to change rooms as the first one smelt of damp! meals are ok,overall though i don`t think they are value for money, one to top it all they didn`t take my payment through topcashback and i had to pay on arrival so now ive got nothing to show for booking through this website!!!

Don't stay in the Britannia Hotel in Stockport! They had a great deal of £35 a night for a family room and I'd searched the reviews and they seemed to be improving since a few years ago but don't believe it. I overheard a conversation about the Environmental Health coming back to check the kitchen again, yuck, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned for weeks, there was even a tampon wrapper on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived! The staff were miserable and not at all polite. Great holiday in Manchester visiting relatives though and luckily not much time spent in hotel.

I found the booking process straightforward, and as always enjoyed my brief stay at the Brittania in Birmingham. The hotel is perfectly situated in a pedestrianised area, a few minutes walk from the main railway station and the Bullring shopping centre with its Selfridges, Debenhams etc and numerous restaurants, and even has an Odeon cinema just outside the door. Staff were all friendly and helpful, room and public areas clean and tidy, and what's more it was a reasonable price!
