Would recommend this hotel as very central to city. Good food & great choices. Room warm, bit small but clean. Worst thing - bed was extremely uncomfortable as springs were actually sticking through mattress.

We regularly visit Britannia Hotels and find them to be good value for money, we can even take our dog!
It's the first time we have used the cashback service for this hotel group, and it was tracked in record time - which leads me to think that confirmation and payment will be a smooth transaction.

Having booked several rooms through TCB and Britannia, I’m disappointed I’ve had to raise a “missing cash back” claim for the majority of the bookings. The payment is slow and felt like the vendor was reluctant or resistant. Won’t bother again.

Cashback declined for no good reason. Don't bother. Book something else.
Booked a room direct, cashback tracked, declined six days later. I know what I'm doing using TCB and there is no reason to have declined the cashback.
Things like this put me off from ever using them again so will move my custom elsewhere.
