Cashback tracked successfully, however it took 7 months for it to become confirmed. Several times, valid purchases from retailer has been declined without any information as to why.

I purchased a xmas gift in December 2015 and it has taken Boux Avenue 8 months to pay out my cash back.Nice clothes,bit over priced, would definately not recomend to use them on their cash back experience !

Been waiting since 1st November 2012 for cashback from Boux Avenue, nothing is showing at all and furthermore when I put my order through topcashback I should have had £10 my order, this didn't happen....I'm very annoyed with Boux Avenue for not responding to my claim!!!
Will not be ordering again!!!
