	Ordering from Boots is a no brainer Get cashback from TopCashBack and still get Boots points. Over £50 spend is free delivery so I can get all my regular items, delivered free with cashback and boots points, Often on-line deals as well. Remember to check your Boots card for offers to get extra points or offers and it works out to some fantastic savings all round. Also cashback is paid within timeframe with no problems. Only downside is Boots online store can be a bit slow loading

	Refund rather than cashback Three times now, Boots have left 1 item out of my order, (usually about 10 items) and instead of sending the missing item, just send me a credit. They then decline cashback as I've had a refund. It's usually the cheapest item as well. Pattern here?

	Issues with tracking Orders & collections are fulfilled quickly. No issues with that however 9 out of 10 cashback for this retailer does not track automatically and have to submit missing cashback most of time.

	Refused my cashback I spent around £120 with Boots; they refused the cashback because part of my order was for a Fitbit (which they won’t pay cashback on), and wouldn’t pay anything for the rest of the order.

	Pointless using this! Boots don't pay cashback. They find any means they can to discredit your claim! Waste of time!

	Cashback never tracks I shop on boots very frequently and cash back never ever tracks no matter what I do. You always have to request it and it takes forever if they pay or it is refused!

	Never ever tracks Cash back from Boots never ever tracks - I always have to put in a claim. I’ve complained to TCB about it, it takes ages to resolve, once they weren’t going to pay but I complained to TCB and they stepped in and paid. Very sneaky, especially given I use TCB nearly every day and never get repeated issues except with this retailer, in fact 99% of cashback tracks, I always know that Boots won’t.

	Easy to click through, slow to pay I had to claim this cashback as it didn't show up on my dashboard. It then came through at a lower price than quoted.

	Rubbish! Boots refuse to pay cashback earned Very disappointed with Boots. No problem buying from the company but they fail to pay the cashback owing to me. A complete waste of time.

	They never pay! Had a couple of purchases with boots and they don't pay out, despite fulfilling the criteria. When you raise a case to query why they haven't paid, you don't get a response!

	Slow. If you can actually place an order, it is slow to pay out. Try ordering when there is a special offer, and the site will not accept payment! You get to payment details, and cannot put them in.

	Bliss! If only every merchant was as efficient as Boots! You can pretty much guarantee that cashback will be payable exactly one month to the day after purchase. I use them frequently and pays the same speed every time. 10/10
