	Unreliable Every time I make a purchase from Boots it does not track and is necessary to raise a customer service request. The success of the request is not reliable and takes several months to reach a conclusion

	Boots purchase not tracking Literally spent 100's of £'s on orders at Boots last year. Not one order was tracked on my account. Placed an order today for £149.00, not tracked again. Why is this an ongoing problem?

	5 months waiting on cashback Submitted missing claim its been 5 months. No action or response from top cashback either. Youd expect better from boots who seem to be holding up the missing claim

	TopCashback to the rescue It seems from the reviews, a lot of people have to raise a claim to get the Boots cash back tracked which is a shame as I like Boots and use them on and offline, however TopCashback took it on and sorted it pretty quickly with zero pain. And I very much appreciated Boots verifying and paying it - just makes it another thing you have to remember to check, I suppose…. Thank you very much TCB!

	Tracking It is brilliant when the tracking works on this site. Not always top of your list to remember to let Topcash Back know that the haven't tracked it. Easy to let them know when you remember and quick to sort out for you. Thank you.

	Cashback for Boots is hardly ever tracked! I use Topcashback for Boots and cannot ever remember it being tracked. I always have to raise a claim, which is always dealt with by the efficient Topcashback team.... Thanks for that Topcashback. Boots not so good!!!!

	Cashback NEVER tracks! I have used Topcashback for Boots dozens of times and it has never tracked once. Each time I have had to raise a claim, which has been efficiently dealt with by the topcashback team....many thanks for their time and effort.

	Refused to honour cashback, without providing a reason Simply stating "Although we can see that you have clicked through Topcashback....No commission is due to TopCashback for this order." No explanation whatsoever. Very disappointing outcome from a renowned and apparently reputable high street retailer and brand.

	Good service It was easy to do with Topcashback doing everything for me. Just ordered in the same way online from boots and picked up my parcel from the shop. Then received cashback a few weeks later.
