It takes sooooo long
None of my Boots transactions track automatically any more. I have to put in a claim, which is put "on ice" for 45 days, then submitted to Boots who take months to review it. It is now November and a purchase made in March has just paid out, but I'm still waiting for one from June. They do tend to pay out eventually, but it is very frustrating, especially on larger purchases.

Frustrated by this retailer!
I have to file a claim every time I make a purchase, as they don’t track. Takes months to get to payable stage. It’s really frustrating as all the other retailers are on track.

My least favourite company!
Boots are my least favourite company on TopCashback. I am sure it never used to be so difficult. Sales from Boots do not automatically track. You have to lodge a missing claim. TopCashback then have to wait months before they are able to contact Boots to claim. Then it's months later before it's approved. My purchases from February eventually became payable in November! I really would not recommend and they do no favours to the excellent TopCashback!

Never track
This merchant never tracks. I always log the following day as know it never appears in my account unless I raise a claim. It then takes months to reflect.

Never tracks, always need to submit missing cashback claims.
Still waiting on claims from April to be processed and I have about 15 claims in as I buy from Boots regularly ????

Every single purchase that I make from Boots now does NOT track!
For EVERY purchase that I make through Boots now I have to submit a cashback claim. Not sure what is going on with TCB but this needs sorting. All other purchases that I make via other shops track fine!

I have been waiting for nearly a year for cashback on two purchases from Boots - eventually TopCashback paid up and, I presume, the company will be reimbursed by Boots. I am still waiting for cashback from a purchase I made from Boots back in mid- March 2025 - today it's mid-October 2025 - this is not a great 'cashback' experience, as far as I am concerned - why bother purchasing through the site, if it doesn't work?

Declined cashback
I was not aware that this was declined until now. I can only assume it was because an item arrived damage on delivery and rather than returning - the item was refunded (£1.20 baby bath) which incidentally made a mess on all the other contents of the parcel that I cleaned and did not insist on returning - lesson learnt! Should this happen again I will try not to make it too easy for them - had I insisted on returning the parcel in the condition it was received then they would have been £37.00 down!
