They’re known throughout the financial sector for their unique combination of independent expert analysis and comprehensive survey results.
How we triumphed in 2026
The awards shortlists were first assessed by Moneyfacts’ highly qualified research team, who use a strict set of criteria to measure each provider’s strengths and weaknesses.
Only the companies they deemed offered the best products made it onto the shortlists.
The next stage of the judging process involved a consumer survey covering personal, household, and family finances. The survey invites consumers to rate the services they’ve experienced.
