As the UK’s most generous cashback site, we love to reward our members.

When you shop through TopCashback the retailer pays us a commission for your purchase which we give to you as cashback.  Not only do we give you 100% of what we get, we like to give you a little extra from our own pocket. That’s where top up comes in.

Classic Member Top-up

If you’re a Classic TopCashback member we will give you an extra 1% on top of what the retailer gives to us – making it 101% cashback. Even though we give you a little more, this membership is totally free.

For example, if Aviva are giving £60.00 cashback, with the added 1% Classic Member top up this becomes £60.60 cashback.

 

Plus Member Top-up

Plus Members get an even bigger top up from us. An extra 5% on top of what we’re given by the retailer – making it 105% cashback. We do keep £5 per year for the extra rewards of Plus membership, but it’s only taken once you’ve earned cashback.

For example, if Aviva are giving us £60 cashback, with the added 5% Plus Member top up this becomes £63.00 cashback.

Top up is automatically applied to all our rates on our site depending on which membership you’re on.

Occasionally we also run bonus promotions where we give you even more on top of our Classic and Plus top ups. Again, the top ups are automatically applied so you don’t have to do any complicated calculations. Just make sure you keep a look out so you don’t miss out on any extra cashback.

Hi

If you are a plus member does it automatically display the % Cashback you get? I'm worried that all this time I haven't been received the right amount of cashback because it doesn't say anywhere what it is! Does the top up amount go into my account later than the bulk of the cashback?

I have something that was purchased weeks ago, almost 2 months and it’S still pending, also it’S taking forever for anything to become payable I feel I am wasting my time using too cashback

I have a question? The top up amount shown on each transaction, I wonder, when will they be paid? Even when your cashback has been payable but the top up amount is not included in the total cashback.

I am a little confused by your question as the top up is included within the tracked cashback.

If however, you mean the transaction bonuses we sometimes run please submit a support ticket so our team can check this out.

Generally, it takes the merchant around 8 weeks to pay for a confirmed transaction but it can be much sooner.

If you ever would like a member of the team to take a closer look at your transaction, please do submit a support ticket.

Would be nice if members actually knew they were having their membership changed before you decide to charge them for a service they had no idea they were buying.

I purchased items this weekend as there is suppose to be an extra 10% Bonus offered. My account is only showing the original percentage bonus not the extra 10%. Why is this? Example I received 5.5% On an Argos order but should have got an extra 10% As well.

Hi, have been a member nearly a year and as of yet, not been able to have my money transferred, that is way I haven't used 'topcash' for a while. I have done everything needed to have my money transferred but to no avail. Could you please sort my account out for me. Thank you.
