Cashback declined despite a genuine purchase
Unfortunately, my cashback was declined despite making a genuine purchase through TopCashback and following the required process. This was disappointing, as the cashback offer was one of the reasons I chose to place the order through this retailer.
The purchase was completed and paid for, so I cannot see a reasonable justification for declining the cashback. Based on my experience, I would not rely on the advertised cashback when purchasing from Bella & Duke.

Not good
They won't pay the cashback owed. Seeing other comments this seems to be typical. I took out a new subscription but had to cancel as my cat wouldn't eat the food but the terms of the cashback say that it's taking out a new subscription that will count.

I took out a new subscription with Bella & Duke and they have refused to pay the £12.75 cashback fee! Even though my pup loves the food I'm seriously thinking of going to another supplier!
