Cashback still not confirmed after 9 weeks, very disappointed and not expecting to get the money. should have gone with direct line where the policy was £15 cheaper and not taken the gamble of the cashback coming through.

Spent 40 min in trying to complete, by doing it few times, as was blaming my internet connection. Apparently, it's their website didn't allow me to complete the application form and referred to call them to complete the purchase. Complete waste of my time and very sad for the company do it to avoid paying cash back to the customer.
