Excellent for the amount of cashback they offered. Very very very slow in processing it. I had to wait over a year to yet it ;but it did turn up in the end so thats why its 4 stars instead of 2 !

I have upgraded to 4 stars after contacting AXA regarding cashback that had not been paid well over a year after taking out the policy. They were very helpful and said that they had not been aware of any problems but would act immediately. The cashback then became payable within a few days. Also promised that all other Topcashback subscribers with outstanding claims would receive their money without further delay. I hope that everyone with long term claims have now received their cashback.

Pruchased policy in November 2014. Originally tracked for wrong amount but corrected by merchant shortly afterwards. I recieved cashback this month. It took approx. 7 months to get the cashback which is a long time. At least it arrived so be patient.

Extremely easy and cash back has been received as promise. Took 7 months so I started to think I wasn't going to receive it but I did and am very happy! Very good insuring company too! Quick, easy and everything explained well :)

Took 9 months sitting at confirmed before it was payable - but it was eventually paid. Given the cashback was so big, it was worth the risk in the end. It does take a VERY long time to come through.

Took much longer than advertised and had to be chased up several times but they did eventually pay the cashback after nearly 9 months. Not particularly impressed by this merchant and will be looking elsewhere for my insurance in future

Thought I had a good deal with £78.75 cashback and very relieved when it showed as 'confirmed'. However, still waiting for it to become 'payable' after 8 months, so I would definitely think twice next time.

Well I purchased 2 landlord insurance products one in July14 the other at the beginning of august14 and no sign of a payout on either.... bah humbug....., to top this because of their long payout period you will find you then fall foul of Topcashback's 100 day (14 week) rule to file a recovery claim/complaint...I've learnt from experience and £160 of failed to be delivered cash back promises after 20 weeks so buyers beware......

Not worth it, AXA coverage is worthless
Cashback is nice but if you ever have to make a claim you will sorely regret going with AXA. They make it impossible to file a claim and then try and invalidate your coverage to ensure they don't have to pay out a penny. Literally the biggest waste of time and money I've experienced.... don't rely on this company to have your back when you need them.
